Parentheses part selection advice

OK new guy here. Not totally new to pedal building but not pros like some of yall. My EQD life pedal died on me, it's all surface mount so I had to send it off to earthquaker so it's put me in a bind as that sound has become part of my live rig.

So enter me purchasing parts for the parentheses. Any advice on part selection would be helpful my buddy built one and his is kinda noisier than my EQD.

Would you guys go LM308 (these seem hard to come by, and i believe my life had an op07)? OP07?

Any suggestions on what GE diodes to select?

And lastly any one stop site to use for the slew of parts this thing has?

I'm not going for a lawyer dentist blues tone here. I use this thing to make obnoxious noises. So any ideas yall got I'd love to hear them.

If you’ve got the new V3 Life Pedal (assuming since you said all SMD), it’s got an OP07 for the op-amp and silicon instead of germanium diodes. I don’t think anyone’s confirmed what diodes they’re using in the octave but my guess is 1N4148s since that’s what’s in the Tentacle.

If so, Tayda or @StompBoxParts should have everything (SBP will even have germanium diodes if you wanna go that route, just keep in mind you’ll probably need to buy a lot to up your chances of getting a matched set. The V1s and V2s I think used D9Ks but as long as they’re closely matched, part number doesn’t really matter. they’ll do the “octave” thing)
