Is this designed for a 6 knob enclosure? The rotary going through the middle hole of the bottom row?

It doesn't look like it would align perfectly from the board but I might be missing something.

Yup, goes in the standard 6-knob box, though the hole for the rotary switch may need to be enlarged

I think when I built the HAARP I went one step above what I drill for pots for the rotary. It should line up though, just think of where the middle of the pots will actually be when you mount them if you’re using right angle pin mount pots. Should be perfect.

Ill be using a tayda 6 knobber. Should be fun.

Yep, it's the standard 6-knob layout, but if you go with the Tayda pre-drilled enclosure you'll have to drill out the bottom center hole to 3/8".
