Tayda finally did it...

They screwed up my last order. I ordered A10K 16mm pots. They packed 10 ea B2M pots in a bag marked A10K.

Since I should pose this in terms of a question, here goes: WTF?!?!?!?!

That sucks. They'll likely offer to send you the right pots or give you a store credit of some kind.

In my last order I was expecting gator clips and got breadboards somehow. After an email to support they made it right.

I know someone who is looking for some of those B2M pots right now...... so that's where they went.

I've had two mishaps in the past couple months, nothing major and they do always make it right pretty quickly.

Like your thread title suggests, this is a bit rare for Tayda, they're usually spot on to the point of being unbelievable. I have a feeling they're getting hammered with more business than normal lately.

I’ve had bent 1044 legs (the foam they use isn’t too protective), but never a mix up. At least now you have some extra B2M pots...cause they are super common...

once they sent me a whole bag of the wrong diodes - i think they were 4732 but the bag said 4149.

They just gave me a $5 store credit because a $.55 pot I ordered was out of stock at the pick. I felt that was pretty generous. But also indicated a discrepancy in their inventory or picking.

Weird, I was just reading on reddit how someone got a delivery of someone else's stuff because tayda got the shipping labels mixed up.

I received 200$ worth of parts this week...The bags are still not opened. I may have to double-check for the first time.

Maybe they just hired one new "sloppy guy"?

About a year ago I just asked on their Facebook page how many employees they got and to my surprise, they answered few hours later saying Tayda is a 22 employees business.
