What are y’all up to today?

Yesterday I spent the day with the kids. We went to Home Depot for the monthly kids workshop (highly recommended and free!) and then we went to the public library for a musical rendition of Cinderella (which was not great, nobody could really sing) and then playground.

I’m currently dealing with some issues in my left shoulder so I just rested after all that.
Not sure if you have cannabis available, but if you just mix about 2 grams into a 16oz bottle of rubbing alcohol, and shake (or have someone shake it for you) and wait about 20 minutes, you can rub it on and it will GREATLY reduce inflammation and pain. It's not intoxicating till it's been heated over 245f degrees so it won't impair you.

I had 'frozen shoulder' after my torn rotator cuff healed which was level 8 pain if I moved the wrong direction. I took steroids and pain killers and nothing worked till I tried the cannabis and the ***pain just vanished*** in seconds. It's freaky.....

I attended the Oregon Chocolate Festival this weekend. Was fun, tasted a lot of good things. Bought a few treats (mostly spicy stuff). My pre-diabetes told me to go fuck myself though.

I think this was the first public social thing I've done since last June, so that was kinda weird, and had to contend with sensory overload a couple times. Otherwise it was a great weekend

I’ll try that, thanks for the suggestion. Funny enough, I also had a torn rotator cuff and now frozen shoulder. The pain keeps me up at night. Must be a common thing. Did you do physical therapy?

I just looked up the exercises on youtube, amazingly effective. The only way to cure frozen shoulder is to keep it moving, and keep it warm. Even if that means heating the room at night. This is why the cannabis rub is so effective, it stops the pain long enough to keep the shoulder moving and extend the range of motion. My specialists mouth dropped open when I reached straight up to the ceiling, and then said "Ok, you don't need to come anymore".

Great feeling!

How long did it take you to recover? I am really bummed about this but I am glad to hear there is hope!

It took me two years to recover, but I did not start using cannabis for the first 18 months. I smoked it, but it doesn't have the same effect as using a rub. Btw, after the cannabis has been infused (I usually waited a day) you can strain out the majority of the leftover buds. And it's very helpful to add 6 to 10 squirts of lotion into the infused rubbing alcohol and get someone to shake that up really well for you. Keeps the skin from getting desiccated from the alcohol.

I have a recipe for a liniment that I came up with, but it's very long and needs to be updated. I'll see if I can get that put together today or tomorrow. Just getting over a very nasty cold, not being too productive last few weeks......

Hemp, which is legal in all 50 states and territories, works almost as well as medical grade cannabis. It's much more affordable to buy the hemp buds online. Some dealers are crazy stupid high, but if you can find a farmer that sells online it's affordable. As of the farm bill of 2018, passed and signed at the federal level hemp is legal to ship through the mail, and can be paid for by credit card.

Just search for "buy legal hemp bud online" you'll see a ton of legal links.

This is a note from a dealer in TN
