It's probably my favorite.... I hate that I've damned it to a life in the workshop.

It's great. I bought the Tribute to act as a sort of "around the house beater" alternative to my '58 Reissue but I ended up gravitating towards it.

Since it's come into contact with so much solder over the years and has an open grain finish it's a permanent workshop fixture now. :confused:

As a Dutchman I feel more comfortable using the word "plectrum". I have the habit to put my plectrum in my mouth when I start turning knobs on my pedals. With teethmarks on the plectrum as a result. This sentences have a whole other meaning with the word pick. Could probably earn my living in the circus.

I get that. I’ve changed pickups in mine about 3 times already. It was my first Les Paul, it still gets a lot of use, looking at little beat as well.
