El Sol Distortion(No sound when engaged)

This circuit has been around my place for a minute and it seems after probing im getting a very fart like/chaked sound on one of the pins to the first IC on forward before I get no output.

Are you getting any voltage on the ICs?

I haven’t checked the voltages yest, but I get sound from the legs I need. All but one sound farty/choked.
What voltages should I be looking for?

You should see around 9vdc at pin 6 of IC1 & 2. I can’t see your power jack wiring. You have it wired for center negative?

It looks correct but I guess Im still a little lost as to checking the volts of the IC
