If you’re listening to harsh noise, you’re doing it wrong. You’re just supposed to make it and subject others to it.

You have no idea how relevant this is to my struggle right now.
Having just attempted and spent many hours on the bench and in their forum only to ultimately fail in getting the infamous GuitarPCB Paramix to actually work...well, it'll be nice to build a circuit that I know is intelligently laid out and will absolutely function if properly built. Plus it's a proper little mixer with three real channels! So awesome!

This one is a loaner from another member here, not mine.
If I remember correctly, they are splined pots & the knobs were stuck to top face of the enclosure.
Some careful wiggle & pulling got them free!???
