I wonder how many pieces were made to put that together. The roller is obviously one piece but the body…is it 2 pieces or…

going by just the screw count I'm guessing min of 6 pieces for the body. 2 cover plates, 2 round housings for the circuit/bearing supports, foot plate and a stretcher/wire run housing that has that toggle switch.
The circuit should be easy, it's machining and/or printing the body bits that would take minor effort.
And looking at the switch, think it switches between linear and logarithmic tapers (b vs a).

Kinda got mixed feelings on this. It’s interesting for sure but I’ve used “roller” type volume pedals in the past (Classic Audio Effects I think was the brand) and found it to be considerably less precise feeling than a traditional volume pedal. Maybe with time that would improve.

I suspect the total footprint of this guy is not that much less than a mini “normal” volume pedal like the Dunlop DVP4, which is also cheaper… so I kind of dig it in some ways, but I’m not entirely sure exactly what advantage(s) it would have over the mini Dunlop.

I could make the roller, but my lathe was moved so I could take the space to build my amp. If @steviejr92 figures out an enclosure let me know the specs. I am capable of making it, and it looks rather simple, but it's a matter of finding a place for my lathe and finding time to do it.
