I'm filing this one under "it can't be that easy so I'm skeptical..." or "...what subtle thing am I totally missing???"
I'm working on a 4-jack duo phase, and if I'm reading this right, you basically use 3 mono style and one stereo jack, with the extra stereo jack lead (where you'd connect the negative pole if you were doing a single standard pedal with a 9V battery snap) connected to the second input jack... and this should work on any "double" pedal you want to make since there both of the circuits appear to be independent on the duo phase...
