Duo-Phase Four Jack Option

I'm filing this one under "it can't be that easy so I'm skeptical..." or "...what subtle thing am I totally missing???"

I'm working on a 4-jack duo phase, and if I'm reading this right, you basically use 3 mono style and one stereo jack, with the extra stereo jack lead (where you'd connect the negative pole if you were doing a single standard pedal with a 9V battery snap) connected to the second input jack... and this should work on any "double" pedal you want to make since there both of the circuits appear to be independent on the duo phase...

I don’t have it front of me, but I’m pretty sure the stereo jack is actually a switching jack.

So what model switchcraft do I need for that? I've got controlling interest in 111X and 112X, but it sounds like I need something different...
Hopefully I pulled the right datasheet, but looks like 112 will work. The circled terminal being the switch tip
