No signal when intelligent relay bypass is bypassed

Running into an issue when using the intelligent relay bypass with the parenthesis mini for the boost side.

1. No signal goes through when the relay is bypassed.
2. Noticing a bit of signal drop when the bypass is being used.

I pulled out the two apart, and everything works as expected on the parenthesis mini when not using the relay switch. So I isolated the issue to the relay bypass, you can see the issues persist in the video below.

Anyone else bumped into this before?

The only thing in the signal path on the bypass module is the relay itself, and it's either on or off (no in between).

Assuming there are no damaged traces or solder splashes the only likely suspect would be the relay.
