I passed on this one. The klon was fun, but this doesn’t have the same vibe I guess.

I like JHS but I'm usually not aboard the hype train. But this looks pretty interesting, esp the clean circuit. I wonder how he did the variable impedance control. If there is a release here of the pedal I'll pick one up bc it's much easier to learn with the schematic and full size parts etc

Kinda, but what kind of margins do they actually have on a $119 kit? They’re making some but it feels like this is definitely dependent on moving high volume. Which obviously they’re doing so I’m sure it works out for them.

But also at $149 I wouldn’t have bit. It was juuust low enough for me to say why the hell not.

Mine arrives on Saturday…. Look at Reverb Saturday afternoon when I list mine for $400 just for sh#%t’s and giggles… Never know someone might really want a low serial#… I had order confirmation minute 3 of the release..
