Maybe the first ppcb offering with PnP SMD resistors is in order?
I’m guessing this is gonna be one of those builds that just requires that the post be ground away. It’s not really important to have that screw, and the other option would be to move to a bigger enclosure size that isn’t carried by Tayda or to have a really unusual footswitch spacing, right? This is looking good @Robert!
Question though...If this is designed for 1590DD, isn't your middle foot switch going to be right where a screw post falls?

@dan.schumaker already figuring out how to put this in a 1590a with top jacksI haven't decided yet... I've made a reference "notch" at the top of the PCB just as a reminder to myself.
There are 4-screw 1590DD's available, although ideally I'd like to be able to use the ones Tayda carries...
We'll see.

If anyone can it'd be Dan.
Bucksears, you switched off your speaker-sim buffering! What's wrong?"The shaft is ray-shielded, so you'll have to use proton torpedoes."

Sorry i wasn’t referring to a bad feeling about the project! Was riffing on Star Wars.I realized my DipTrace 1590DD template isn't extremely accurate so I have a bit more room to work with than it seems.
I'm going to try to get the footswitch as close to the center support as possible and see if it's acceptable, otherwise we might have to look into another option like soft switching with a SPST momentary switch so there's more wiggle room.
Regardless, grinding the support column will not be a step in the assembly process. That's just too messy.

But is @Harry Klippton interested?
