I've made something similar to a Hedgehog, Down under we call them Echidna's.
Their made from Saw Blades, Rivets, Reo Bar, Scarifier Blade, Dog Spike & Flat Bar with slots for feet :

Yep, it is, with a few modifications. (Switchable pre-boost, active bass control, fixed post-boost)

They're mounted by the hardware. The pots mount the main PCB, the jacks and footswitch mount the jack PCB.
